Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating or using a Wivyu account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your account and shared space

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password and devices secure.
• Use only your own account and do not share a pairing code with anyone except the partner you intend to invite.
• A private space supports exactly two accounts. Both members can view content shared into that space.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account or pairing has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Wivyu to break the law, threaten or harass someone, distribute harmful or infringing material, exploit another person, interfere with the service, probe its security, send spam or upload malware. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Wivyu a limited permission to store, process, display and deliver that content solely as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to share it.

Because a shared space belongs to two people, deleting the entire space may require approval from both members. Individual messages and files may have their own deletion controls.

6. Notifications and third-party services

Notification delivery depends on your device settings and third-party platforms and is not guaranteed. Wivyu also relies on specialist infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy; their availability may affect the service.

7. Ending use

You may stop using Wivyu or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, creates security risk or is used unlawfully. Account and data deletion are explained on the deletion page.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Wivyu is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities, relationship decisions, content shared by another user, or failures outside our reasonable control. Consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms as Wivyu develops and will show the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
